During his encounters, the Archbishop emphasized the centrality of integral formation, recalling the importance of fidelity to one’s vocation, interior discipline and perseverance in the path of theological and priestly formation. He encouraged students and educators to cultivate a serious and rigorous intellectual life, deeply rooted in faith and open to dialogue, in harmony with the Church’s vision of education as a service to the human person and to society.

A significant moment of the visit was the unveiling of the Jubilee Stone of the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical Athenaeum Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, marking the commemoration of an academic jubilee and the establishment of the Faculty as an autonomous ecclesiastical institute.

In his dialogue with young students, Archbishop Polvani offered words of spiritual wisdom, inviting them to remain radiant, energetic, disciplined and committed in the pursuit of knowledge and values, and addressed contemporary challenges by reflecting on artificial intelligence and its pros and cons.

The Archbishop also acknowledged the generous service of those involved in education, formation and social outreach, expressing appreciation for the compassionate and committed service of Catholic institutions in empowering students and promoting education.
